I didn't bother posting it, since most have probably never heard of them. My other #1 amp is a Guytron GT20. The amp is basically a clone of the VOX AC15 circuit, with a few extras. 4 stage attenuator, XLR out, padded out, and phase select.

After Guy Hedrick rebuilt Ed's #1 '68 Plexi, he and Ed became friends. After visiting Ed's studio, Guy came up with an idea to build an all-in-one EVH tone in one amp. It was so unique, that Guy was awarded a patent on the design. The GT100 copies Edward's VOX AC15 > attenuator > '68 Marshall Plexi signal chain.

The GT20 is the front-end on the GT100, which is basically a VOX AC15. The on-board attenuator lets you push the power section for some really sweet power tube distortion. it's a a more versatile amp, in that you can choose to run is as a stand-alone amp (or) you can attenuate the output, and plug into a Marshall, Fender, whatever.

Here are a couple of medium gain Soundclick clips of the GT20... Both clips are the amp with no secondary amplification or drive pedals. Each clip begins in channel A, then switches to channel B. Speaker is Guytron Bigtone 55.
