I would go with Dio by a hair over Bruce Dickenson, Rob Halford and Jeoff Tate. While all of them could belt it out, I think Dio had a bit more stage presence.

Man, with Dio on there it was hard for me to pick. But I chose Cornell for the fact that he was an all around great musician on top of having one of the best voices ever.
