    I HAD to add Hanneman to my list. Sacrilege! :facepalm:

    I REALLY dug Shuldiner during the Spiritual Healing days. Dude was DESTROYING the scene then.

    I will agree with you also on Gibbons- he had the super uber Marshall tones on Eliminator, which I grew up with. But I wouldn't dismiss Tres Hombres ( even though his amp (s) of choice were just a bunch of speculation).

    You know…I’m so used to seeing to Marshall I only really notice when someone is using something else. Not saying I like the sound better….it’s more like I’m thinking “why don’t they have a Marshall” :wow::D

    nope there are a tone of boogie and friedman players and the list is growing.

    This 100%. I feel like I see less Marshall users today. Tons of Boogie and Friedman with the newer generation guitarists.

    yep. with all the new amp companies coming out marshall is losing ground.
    cant stay on top forever.
