Victory Amps: the New Marshall??

    I've had two BE heads. Great tone, eaten up on stage. Did not cut through the mix well. I loved the tone on it's own, but my Marshall ate it. The Victory is better on stage, for lead anyway. It'll probably be my Marshall JVMHJS forever.

    I've tried a BE100 and 50 Deluxe. Great tone on their own, but got lost in the mix...playing with a heavy drummer, it was just very middy, no matter what I did. The big tone got lost, playing lead especially. The Victory held up better, but my JVMHJS beat them both. I guess I just like Marshalls!!

    So I’m gonna go out on a limb and say you prefer the HJS better than Friedman lol.
