Ok guys over the past couple years I've noticed after allot of rehearsing my ring finger on my fret hand aches and has a weird numb feeling to it. I've allways had on and off tendonitis issues mostly up near my elbow.....usually aided by my assortment of ace bandages....but I'm noticing this ring finger thing more and more. Not really thinking carpal tunnel as it's just the ring finger.....thinking maybe uncle Arthur has moved in. Anyone else have such issues and what do you do to aid it? Heat/ cold....wraps....exercise???
Uncle Arthur, classic I haven't heard that name for decades. Off topic but will post for a laugh ..or not.
This means you are getting older and that you're going to die some day. Eventually. (Like probably not this week, would be my best guess. It could take months or years, who knows.) But the sickle of death draws nigh. Or is that just a pop sicle? I can't remember anymore. Anyway, in case I never have the chance to talk with you again, I wish you Godspeed, eternal life, and all the best pizza, whatsoever.
So if I have a pop sicle and a pizza cut with a cicle my hand will feel better.....im confused there are so many flavors.....orange popsicle and upside down garlic pizza...would that do it??? I mean garlic has many heath benefits.....or what about the red white and blue bomb pops and an EBA??........or do I need the anchovies for the fish oil?? Too vague....
Fingers ache , so far I play through it . It’s better if don’t slack my playing time every day keeps them moving better for me . It doesn’t help that I still turn wrenches at 60.
You guys talking about aching fingers making me want to play. I haven't used a pick in a long time now.
