To be fair, all of these are better than US prices (rare situation indeed!)

and then theres the prices in Aus..............

1959hw - $3700au (US$2569 v. $3850 from Sweetwater)
2203x- $3500au (US$2430 v. $3550)
4100 - $2700au (US$1875 v. $3000)
1987x - $2800au (US$1944 v. $3000)
2555x - $2250au (US$1562 v. $2350)

all the above are listed as 'on back order'

Music Store in Germany has an English version of their site and they do list shipping prices to the US. Somebody here should try them.

Some many are not aware of the fine print.

Marshall is made in UK. Will be less expensive there, less shipping for starters. Marshall wants to keep geographic dealers separate, I totally get that.
Is like that in electronics like cameras too. Nikon Canada has a 2 year warranty on bodies and will NOT service US models period. Send it back there. Try to keep your money local.
I have no problem with that having worked retail for decades. Some things are chesper in other countries.
No like?
Move there! Hah!

Maybe Marshall also struggles to keep up with production regarding tube amps.
Imagine the Studio amps were 800 and a JVM410H 1200 bucks in the US too...
They would sell like hotcakes and with all the component, tubes, transformers and even wood shortage that would probably be a problem.
A few weeks ago nearly all the popular Marshall amps were not in stock at Thomann and some of them with estimated delivery times up to several months.

I just tried to buy a 1960bx. They let me put it in the cart and access PayPal but when it came time to finalize the order, they told me they couldn’t deliver it to my region had to choose a different address.
1960B cabs are too heavy for air freight.

Ok I just ordered a SC20H from music store. 741 💶 euro with shipping and all that.

Sweetwater price W/O tax / shipping is $1,749.99.

Buying a 300 watt mil-spec voltage converter, step up from 110/120 to 220/240 volts, 39 bucks US.

Will report back when it arrives.

I'm just shocked that Marshall USA is fisting Americans so hard. I guess one of their suits figures we're sitting around on our stimulus money so why not gouge it out of us. I mean, it's freaky that I could almost break even with the US Price by flying round trip to England and buying one of these locally to bring back with me. And I'd get to see England.

Both of my transactions went smooth. First order shipped with DHL, it took a month. Second order shipped ups and took 3 days.
