in short,
there was a study done recently that 80% of people that had tinitus
were found to have high insulin. tinitus is caused by nerve damage
which is one of the 4 areas that high insulin attacks and causes damage.
this is why most people experience their tinitus being worse after
a high carb/sugar event. not really after one meal or snack per se
but after a good weekend binge or so.
there are good solid nature ways to combat this effect. is it 100% of
course not, but its helping many cope, lessen, and often recover from
tinitus.
but dont listen to me, im just some idiot setting behind a keyboard
in the south reading threads on the Marshall Forum.
ive proven many o times i dont know shit about anything on this forum
and other places.

the doc mentions it, in the video & if you follow the video trail, you'll find it leads you there, to diabetic care...

you've posted vid's by this guy before. He seems pretty legit.

He mentions Benfotiamine, which, I think you posted this vid before, or Aussie did...

I had somebody fire a gun near me when I was 27 and my right ear has been ringing ever since.

I went and did a google search on the finger tapping cure but I could not find one legitimate source showing any kind of research to back up this claim.

In other words, this is another example of Bro Science. One "health" website picks it up and then all the rest of the health websites follow suit like a bunch of lemmings.

well here is the thing, IT DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYBODY.
but sometimes you gotta do it for a while before you notice a difference.
like building muscle, it doesnt happen over night.

this guy isnt a medical doctor, he is a chiropractor, infact he is a crack pot. i wouldnt listen to anything he says, hes one of the anti covid vaccination guys, every medical condition can be cured by the keto diet going by his videos. He has been sued a few times for false information
as if tapping the back of your head cures tinnitus lol of course he will say it doesnt work for everyone. tapping the back of your head takes the attention away from the ringing for a short period

It doesn't work for me, and I've tried it extensively. I don't have insulin resistance either...

Mine was triggered by doing the Wim Hof breathing technique. The first couple of times I did it, it triggered tinnitus but it went away after a few minutes. The 4ht of 5th time it didn't go away anymore, and that was years ago.

I found a few people online who reported the same issue, but that's about it. I guess it's here to stay...

I have been following Dr. Berg for a while. He's a chiropractor by training and a Scientologist as well, but his advice on keto has been a life saver for me. I wouldn't expect everything he says to work all the time, but I'll take his general health advice any time.

work for everybody.
