There is no perfect human food because every human is different. Different cultures around the world have developed different enzymes in their gastro-intestinal track based on their local food. But the gut is a sensitive system. It doesn't take much to throw it off. But what throws mine off, is perfectly fine for my wife. Conversely, things that should cause me grief are digested fine. Western culture gets terrified of chicken juice like its some toxic radio-active acid that will destroy the world. But other cultures prepare it and eat it in way that would make many of us toss our lunch at the throught. Anyway...everybody is different, and constantly changing. You have to pay attention to your body. It will tell you what it needs or can't handle...and in some of us, it screams it.
I've eating all the stuff people say. from meat to chilli to coffee to vegetables, etc... and I still was suffering from shortness of breath, over sleepyness, heavy breathing, rapid heart rate when doing minor exercise, and I've always done exercise my whole life. been to the doc's a few times had everything checked out and still no diagnosed problems. so something in the diet is missing. Honey has restored all the sore muscles and I have NO problems riding bicycles for 10's of Km's /miles with no tiredness or sore muscles. BUT during the day I'll still get super sleepy. BANG! it just hits me and I can't avoid it. the eye's close automaticly. there's some food source which isn't used normally, but it's needed by the organs in the body. maybe the system is getting taken out by the powerful foods and it's taken along time to get rebuilt, but I don't think so. I tried the hot spicey food routine for 2 years and it hammered me for those 2 years. I'm not using coffee to get rid of the sleepy problems. that's no solution in my book. I've lived the western lifestyle to the max and it's taken a huge toll. so NO MORE! I'm not listening to the 'great taste' diet anymore! it's a failure. when people 15-20 years infront of me are having major operations to fix the damage, then it's time I tweeked the diet and at least tried to prevent the operations. I've also noticed that now most of my taste buds have died, I can eat foods which are soaked in chilli and vinegar, which ultimately are no good for us. As a child, they took my head off with super powerful flavour.
yeah and gas, just passes straight through the body, not just out the hole. we all know ice cubes of water collect fridge smells. we all wear clothing to hold the heat gas around us for a while longer. it does seem to extend life alot. so that gas prevention seems to have some benefit. SO yeah, we breathe in gas every second of every day. 'we eat it the most' of all the matter out there. and water is a super concentrated version of air. which is our second most important food source. 'it's a supply of future gas stored in out bodies for later use'.
Sounds like an anxiety disorder but I'm no doctor. How's your BP? Do you smoke? Any other aches and/or pains? I dunno man if it has no flavor I'd be inclined to think just the opposite. I'd think it has little to no nutritional value.
Dreyn, in all seriousness, look into sleep apnea. It's a vicious cycle of lack of sleep, anxiety, eating problems and more.
That is without a doubt one of the most ridiculous "quests" I have ever heard of.. But then maybe it's just a troll to get reactions.. Or maybe it could be you should seriously consider seeking professional help.. And lay off the 'sid, shrooms, and the like..
