    Here goes:

This is at home with master volume around 2 (for gigs this would have the master running at around 5, which gets the output valves doing some work) using a Les Paul with humbuckers around 7.5k. The amp now has a Celestion V30 and is sitting on and running with a 2x12 cab with V30 and Heritage speakers, essentially a 3x12 set up.

The Marshall pedalboard is in switch mode with masking tape stickers on it as follows:
    1 clean
    2 breakup
    3 crunch
    4 lead
5 mod on / off (programmed off as default)
6 delay on / off (programmed off as default)

Fx loop is programmed to be default 'on' in all presets with the fx loop level adjust to the rear of the amp at 5. Nothing is running in the FX loop.

In addition to the Marshall pedalboard I'm using just a Morley Bad Horsie wah, a TC Electronics tuner and a Boss EQ-7 pedal (just for occasional volume boost). These are running with a simple 9v power supply.

    1 Clean
Preamp 2 full, gain 4.5, bass 2, mid 5, treble 2, volume 5, mod chorus, mod depth 3, delay hifi slapback, delay level 8, reverb, 2.5, presence 2

    2 Breakup
Preamp 5 vintage, gain 5, bass 5, mid 5, treble 5, volume 2, mod flanger, mod depth 2, delay tape, delay level 9, reverb 4, presence 2

    3 Crunch
Preamp 10 modern, gain 5, bass 2, mid 5, treble 8.5, volume 2, mod flanger, mod depth 0, delay tape, delay level 7, reverb 4, presence 2

    4 Lead
Preamp 14 solid, gain 9, bass 3, mid 2.5, treble 9, volume 1.5, mod gate (programmed on as default), mod depth 5, delay tape, delay level 9, reverb 4, presence 4

I'm very happy with this set up.:uk::uk:

Here's the Marshall theater demo settings. I hate being referred to other sites myself so for future readers, here's the settings.

:D I'm firmly convinced that 14 is the most Touch/ Control sensitive "preamp" option on the JMD. The longer I own it the more I like it for leads and a Dirty-Clean.

Looking for something I don't remember what.
    Mine are;
    1. Break-up (back guitar off for clean). Pre-amp 6 (2203) Gain, 3; Bass, Mid and Treb, 5, chorus & very slight analogue delay.
    2. Crunch. Pre Amp 6, Gain 10, Bass 9, Mid, 5, Treb, 6. Reverb, 2
    3. Crunch lead. As above but with more pre-amp level, reverb at 5 and a little background analogue delay. Punchy lead for short punky bursts during songs.
    4. Manual. I have this so I can set my lead tone to suit the venue....I can also give it more volume if needed without having to save everything again. Longish analogue delay and gate.
    5. Delay on/off.
    6. Mod. on/off. :yesway:

As you can see I have a lot of love for pre-set 6. :D

Something to bear in mind with the JMD is that it is sensitive to what guitar is being played. I use a Greco les paul custom copy and a yamaha pacifica 904 and I can really hear the character of the guitar through this amp, more so than I've noticed on other Marshalls I've owned.

That is a great video which shows just some of the tones the JMD1 can do.
