OK..............tonight I had a Ruby tuesday Triple Play dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes. https://www.facebook.com/rubytuesda...ng-if-we-do-say-so-ourselv/10153709853689814/
I remember when I was young and was so proud of finally being able to eat a whole Big Mac. These days, I can put away three of them.
So what is the budget/first responder? Well, BOGO. My wife had Shrimp Fajitas and I got my dinner free. :>)
too much carbs. The buns are almost the same size (not quite), but the meat is dollar sized patties...
That stuff should not even be considered food and free, well thats what its worth. I just hope first Responders dont eat that shat so they can stay healthy and fit allowing them to do their jobs.
I don't worry about the carbs too much, as I don't eat there very often. I can't even remember the last time I had any fast food. In general, my diet tends to be heavy on protein and veggies, with very little carbs.
well, back, in the day, when I was shop supervisor, I had a couple guys that were pretty much losers, that would spend their checks, before the weekend was over & never had anything for lunch. I'd go get me a double QP w/ cheese meal & get them happy meals w/ cheeseburger. It was cheap & got them through the day. Otherwise, they'd have been hungry & dragging all afternoon. They were relatives of a friend of the boss's, so I couldn't fire them. Happy meal was cheap enough, I think back then, they were like $1.59, so $3 to give them a little something wasn't too bad... If they wanted better, they could get their own...
