My 1960a cab is beat! I like it - but it's missing the Marshall logo all together. I'd like to have one on there, but a new one would look too....."new". Does anyone have a well worn or broken Marshall logo they'd part with?!

You can just buy a new one and then make it look worn, shouldn't take too long.

Buy a new one, stomp on it then only use half of it. ...or bust it to say "Marsha" thats always cool.:D ..

I do have a busted 9 inch but not the big one.

Write to Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine. He will swap you some from his collection in exchange for some gaffer tape.

I love Rage's music but he is a hypocrite. He has a signature Fender and wah pedal.

To the OP buy a Marshall logo and soak it in coffee, be to expose it to cigar or cigarette smoke (this will cause an odor) or look into poly lacquer. Minwax Helsman Semi gloss specifically. It discolored something I had with white accents from a bright white to a vintage cream.

I heard people say that but all he could be saying is that unless he agreed to the sponsorship/endorsement, he won't advertise.

Has he ever come out and said that it is something political? I know their music can be very political but has he said it?

Maybe Fender scored the deal... some 30 years later.

I'd actually like to hear him clear all that up.

Edit: Guess I should read this LOTR sized thread here -> https://www.marshallforum.com/threa...lack-out-the-marshall-logo-on-his-amp.113403/

Buy a new one and soak it in some tea for a short while and it will look old. Rub some dirt in it to scuff it up.

OR.....give your cab a facelift and put a new shiny logo on it! :yesway:
