LOL ^^ I'm betting that's some sort of resistance gizmo...but they do make bikes with electric motors where you can fully, partially or skip peddling.

On Brando Island the chiefs were eating
a lotta stuff and then retreat for weeks
into dark caves and ate more stuff.

They came out totally fat and pale and were
    worshipped.

    Enjoy getting fat:D

    Protein is a must...
I pick this plant protein stuff up @ Costco for around $27, multiple flavors. I drink one shake every day in the AM for breakfast and on workout days one in the early afternoon replacing a lunch meal. Between the working out and a anything I want to eat diet, blood pressure is 68 over 120 and at 5'11" I weigh 180. I'm doing better that I deserve!

Very true. But, ...who mentioned being fat, or are you introducing a physical state?

    I'm suspecting you're "flubabuff"? Lol.

    Oh?

Well, you were poking fun at "old buff guys" and their saggy skin or whatever..I just pointed out that buff old guys still look better than old fat ones..But what I really meant was old and out of shape guys in any regard.

As for myself, I could drop about 20 lbs but no, I'm not "flubabuff" whatever the hell that is!

I get a lot of complements from people less than half my age who are surprised when I tell them how old I am, and I still get flirted with by a lot of young hotties as well..So I could be doing a heckuva lot worse! :D

I've had people tell me "Wow you must have taken really good care of yourself!" That always cracks me up, since I was always closer to a Keith Richards than a Ted Nugent..:naughty:

Yea, I could lose 30 myself. <gulp> I'm poking fun at old guys for sure, but, I'm gonna be 52 soon so I have full rights. (I like having proper rights for such things - Lol.)

I made up "flubabuff" .....off the cuff. I hope it catches on. Fubabbuff: In short, old guys that are "muscular". I'm sure you can envision what I mean - like you can rip that rock hard bicep off the gizzard base it's connected to. Lol.

You get young chicks digging you. I do know your hair is extremely long as you've indicated before. Lucky you - you get serious kudos for the chicks. I suspect you are probably more the "model" type since you've mentioned being in films also. That's cool and lucky you for it.

I just had a dude at the gas station counter think that I was 30 two days ago. That's what you call 1/2 awesome for obvious reasons. Lol.

I had 3 wild chestnut trees cut down in front of my house. Now I have to carry all these logs up these stairs behind my house. I told myself I would do a minimum of one a day. I did one today. Yes, my standards are pretty low.

    Never.

Also, bad approach, it seems. Put an ad up on the hardware store wall for free firewood. They'll take it all. Probably pay you too.
