That would distract me as well.
The Caline 10 band was in front of the amp. Guitar, caline, amp headphone out directly to the zoom.
I've only messed with the update stuff a little, but the eq they included is a definite plus. I usually only play it through headphones, but the eq really helps liven it up through the speakers.

Not using the board right now.. Straight in to the small box, out to the cab and rack for w/d/w.

You're very welcome! I'm sure you have an eq pedal as well. Probably only take 10 or 15 minutes to find it on that pedal board!!!! Damn!
Yeah, figured it was easier just to post all the settings than it would be to make a settings video like I had to with the dsl 40cr brown sound video.

Being honest, I bought the Spark because it has an official YJM100 model in it. Fuck! Anyway, it's arriving tomorrow and I'm looking forward to having one of these little monsters in my home office. More posts to follow.

Tell me what you think of the spark amp. Once you try it. I was interested in one. Heard a katana 40 on a review. I bought one. It has no base response. Should cut it on half with a katana

Do you mean the Katana Air (30w)?
If you want more bass response from the Spark's 4" speakers vs. the Katana's 3" speakers, you'll probably be disappointed again.
It has the frequencies, but isn't exactly a pants flapper.
Really good variety of amp tones, lots of effects to choose from, a really usable app interface, and an easily portable grab-n-go.
Just don't expect 100w tube amp through a 4x12 kind of "thump".
The Spark's 40w rating must have some sort of electro-mathematical basis, but we're talking about a pair of 4" speakers here.
Any of my 10-25w SS micros through a pair of 10"ers is way louder.
I like it for what it is, and I think it does a lot for the price some people spend on a pedal.

I'll do my usual and record some clips on my iPhone of what it sounds like in-room. You can pretty much extrapolate what you'd be getting from that. All of the reviews claimed it was bass-heavy but that's absolutely not my experience on first plug-in...or those dudes like ice-pick tones. Maybe they mean direct recording? I don't know.

It responds in a very amp-like way which I like - early modeling amps I tried made playing a little easier and were incredibly forgiving on sloppy technique. You won't get away with being shitty on the spark.

I have been considering getting this one... I have Bias FX2 from the same Company on my recording PC. I think it's one of the 'better' sounding Digital solutions out there (Excluding the Highend Stuff like Kemper & co, although I never tried those), but with the Desktop software I have always some kind of latency. As far as I understand, this is basically Bias FX Amp form. Using this little thing and recording with a Direct- out could solve that Problem eventually. How are your experiences? I there a noticeable latency?
