Marshall Vintage Modern 2466, 100 Watt - Circa 2007. Recently serviced, fresh tubes. Works and sounds great. Asking $1100, will throw in the road case for $100.

Does anyone know about Ernie Ball stingrays? Someone offered me this at a 1 to 1 trade. I'm a bit skeptical as I'm thinking a Stingray is worth a bit more than that.

I shrunk the pics down so that I can upload them. What do you think of it?

It’s this an authentic Stingray? My concerns are the 4-bolt neck and the painted neck. Are those valid concerns?

It’s posts like this I KEEP reading when window shopping other amps that reminds me I am not going to get anything more enjoyable than my 2203 and 1959. GLWTS and I hope you manage to get one those you are holding out for. A very interesting amp I never got to play yet.

It was a moment of weakness when I said I’m selling both VMs. I know I’d regret it. I would still like a 2203 though.

I regret all marshalls i sold out of necessity, including a 50w jubilee, and my 1st, a 100w jcm 900 among others, but the 2203 and 1959 were/are always the ones that command my attention.

A guy offered an AC30C2X for the 2466. I've always wanted an AC30 but am I crazy trading a UK made amp for a Chinese amp? The values are similar with the edge toward the Vox since it has the Alnico Blues but it feels off because of the country of origin.

I’m neither bored nor disillusioned. It’s not a sacrifice and I’ve no goal.

It’s just redundant.
