Very tasty playing, great riffs&licks, great sound, great sound I have always liked the Jubilee, still adore it and to me it is my reference amp and consider it to be the best design they put out in the 80s. But for me it always had some drawbacks, so I built one for me. I made the rhythm clip footswitchable, and added a second volume to compensate for the volume drop. Plus I disconnect the rhythm clip circuit each time Leead is activated (additional relay), since I didn't like its influence on the lead tone. I believe this wasn't intended by the designer Steve Grindrod because it is rather subtle. But maybe he didn't want to add more complexity to the switching scheme I enjoy it with a Marshall/Celestion G12 Vintage loaded cabinet.
