What something is listed for and sells for are two different things...

The bank of Dad had to sell $5800 worth of gear this year. Thankfully none of my guitars, yet.

Years ago I sold my modded 428 CobraJet 1966 Ford Fairlane to get another Furnace; Hot Water Heater and bigger attic fan.

No guitars; amps or fx were sold.

    I want another guitar.

I doubt it. Check sold listings to see what people are really paying.

You alright over there Vin ?

Your answer has a lot of whores, guitars, more whores, lifetime of sex and multiple guys named Bill. Not sure how that came together but I love you like a brother anyways.

Seriously man....ive had to sell off allot of my great gear to get through hard times. Don't do it!!! You will REGRET it!!!.....if you like those guitars. I sold my 2210( at least to a freind) but my 69' 4x12 marshall cab went on eBay I'll never see it again.
I had to sell my 50th anniversary strat for a few hundred bucks to pay bills only a couple weeks after I laid tracks in the studio with it...sold off any unused gear I had PA stuff.....even tools....and was left with my SG and a combo amp......now I've been rebuilding.
And ya know what......by the time I paid all my bills and crap I was BROKE and my furnace died.... I spent a NY January with no fucking heat and most of my gear gone....i kept my one good electric and combo amp in my bedroom with a space heater. Fuck that shit.....no bill is worth tossing my gear over again....and to top it off a year later I lost my place that I sold all my gear to keep.
Gather up all your unused crap .....pedals parts pickups Etc....even your pedals they are cheaper and easier to replace..and sell that....it adds up quick.....$20here $50there keep it all in PayPal till it builds......dont do like me and unload your BIG money items to get quick cash...if your not in a jam there are other ways to muster cash.....
