I picked up this Ibanez RG 220 from a local pawn store. It wasn't set up proper, not such a big deal I thought.... Frets in really good condition, probably because it wasn't setup to play. LOL Got it home, and made all my adjustments on the guitar to my liking, blocked the floyd, and the intonation wasn't happening. Sitting in a state of bewilderment, the thought came to me to measure it. So I measured from inside the nut first fret to the trem, it was 25". Its suppose to be 25 1/2 inches. The measurement from the inside of the nut to the 12th fret itself is 12 3/4 inches. So, double that and it should be 25 1/2 inches.... With it being a major hassle to move the bridge back and pickups too, I've gone this route. In my whole life playing guitar, I never bought a guitar that was not right like this. I guess these things do happen from time to time.. more to come for those interested........ Thanks for all your comments along the way.
