    hi all,

Ive noticed recently that when I power on my 800 the light on the main switch seems to have developed a bit of a delay before illuminating.
Amp is running fine however has anyone else noticed this before? Is it a sign something might be going on with the PT?

My 900 is instantly lit with the red main switch however Ive been keeping an eye on the 800 when powering on and its definitly appearing to lag, maybe 1 second or so

    Rob

It’s probably just the light. You could try buying a new switch, they aren’t that expensive and they swap out pretty easily.

Is just the neon bulb in the switch getting worn out... when it dies, get a new switch. They usually last for decades but sometimes not..
And since your switch sits on the primary side of the transformer, connected straight to the power grid I would advice against trying to replace just the bulb. Your heartbeat is worth more than the cost of the switch complete
