    Hello everyone!

After make a truss rod adjustment and string height adjustment, the action of this guitar at the 12 fret is very dificult to lower, no matter what i tryed until now, the action is still high at 12 and above frets, and if i try to lower the action the buzz starts to happear, what else should tryed here? Is this a normal thing in a prs custom 24?

Without the possibility to lower a bit the string action in the higher frets its a little bit dificult to me to play this guitar.

How did you set the truss rod? To some "recommended" amount of relief?

Some necks play better straight, some play better with a little relief, some need more relief than seems right. (It's not just a matter of fretboard radius -- some high radius boards need a lot of relief.)

If you're getting buzzes at the low frets when trying to get lower action at the high frets, try loosening the truss rod for more relief.

Also, check for high frets or worn frets.

Yes around 0.007" of relief at the 8 fret

Your neck might be twisted . Is it a bolt on . Have you leveled the frets

I doesnt seem to me twisted. its a glued set neck, and i didnt leveled the frets.

tThe height of the strings at 12 fret are the lowest possible, without over buzzing, i dont know how can the action be improved with the neck relief near the recommended values.

Where are the buzzes happening? All over the neck? At particular frets? More down toward the nut, or more up closer to the body?

Again, try it with more relief. And try it with less relief. Individual necks vary.

Ok, with a little more relief i was able to put the height of the 6 string a little above 1,5mm and the first string at 1,25 mm.
