Ok so I ljke quite a few of the previous posts better, but being honest, the song in my head this weekend has been 'Boys of Summer', Don Henley.
I've been using it with my teacher as a basis for practising soloing in pentatonic minor and major scales.
A cool slow one live off of the Howard Stern show, works in Am pentatonic, and its nice n slow to noodle over!

I love both of those songs! Black Hole Sun takes me back to the summer that I graduated high school, and I realized that life would never be the same again. It was exciting and scary at the same time.
Boys of Summer takes me back to my elementary school days when life was simple and carefree.
I found this song on Sirrus radio last week and I keep coming back to it. The chorus is a bit generic, but I love the melody of the verse.
I've been driving the back roads up thru Georgia today with this song stuck in my head. I'm not complaining.
Showed my kid the 1986 film the other day and this has been stuck in my head for days. Grossly underrated band
