I wrote and recorded this in June 2020.

On this recording I used my 1959-SLP with the Tele. But not cranked. Clean sound. And super thin strings. I also played my Fender Jazz Bass thru an SVT owned by the studio (wish I had an SVT!). My friend Tex played the slide. I'm in Cali, and Tex is in Connecticut. He e-mailed me his parts. I think he played a Fender guitar and amp, but I'm not sure. I had this footage of him playing one of my guitars, the last time he was here, pre-covid. He's such a great guitar player I had to try to show him in the video. So I used some footage from last year to make this video.

This is a folk song. And like many folk songs, it does contain a message;).

Great song brother, great tune for driving on down the road, and one the audience can sing along to!
    Cheers
