Sorry, your not working hard enough, no fun allowed!
thats how your trained to be a "good customer" bro
Fixed it for ya.
oh hell yes lol
Just like that!! I really like mine too. I love 2 band or more EQ on an OD, tone just doesn't cut it.
I have a couple Got them when they were $35 - $40. Still a favorite. The EQ makes this pedal friendly with any amp. Snag one if you can find one.
i see your video and i'll raise you for LIKES lol
Mine has a hot babe in it.
fun is where it starts and ends.
i was hoping you wouldnt bring that up. lol
this thread begs for this..........
ya know, i dont give a damn what people think, this was a kick ass band. it wasnt until after they broke up that SB
started thinking he was gods gift. these guys jammed.
All this talk and no demo!!!
Sweet score! Happy NPD
GTFO (Doesn't every singer think they're god's gift?)
I wanna find out what Smunksie did, to warrant the ladyspank, so I can try it out
jrc4558 in the BM?
I love my Bad Monkey as well, and for the cited reason, because I prefer having (at least) separate bass/treble controls, over a single "tone."
Truth be told, though, I almost never use mine, as I tend to play master-volume amps, and use amp distortion only (I know that tons of people do the whole "pedals as gain stages" thing and "stack" overdrive/distortion/fuzz pedals, either on top of each other and/or in addition to amp distortion, but I've never felt the need to go down that rabbit hole). But, for example, if I am using my non-MV amps (mainly, my '66 Fender Super Reverb, currently over at my tech's for a much needed refurb, or my pre-'69 Sunn 200S), then the Bad Monkey is definitely my first choice to push those harder.
Possibly subconsciously coloring my preference is the fact that I actually got my Bad Monkey for free, in a contest on another small (now long-since abandoned/defunct) guitarists' web forum. Yay freebies!
i have one coming as well. i dont stack pedals and do like to use the amps tone
alone when possible. sometimes a amp needs a swift kick in the ass to get it producing.
I sure like mine, especially into my 2204.
