    I'm a Met fan.

At these salaries, the NY Yankees should dominate.

What's worse than this team, are the entitled Yankee fans and announcers.

I'm not the brightest bulb in the bunch but John Sterling is unlistenable.

His fans may love him but he's an ass.

I was listening to a game and I had to change stations because he's such a fool.

I couldn't listen for another second.

    And those fan's:rolleyes:

They conplained on FAN that the Yankees don't have home run hitters.

Now they have them and those fan's complain about not having situational hitters.

Oy vey..........make up your mind and leave your parents basement.

Brian Cashman...........trade Stanton for Trevor Story; trade Glayber for Luis Castillo.

Release that waste Jay Bruce................bunt to the left side you turd.

    Fire the baseball commissioner.

Games are too long because of all those pitching changes.

    You want excitement?

    No more DH.

Have 10 pitchers to a team.

And by the way, if there's ever a Mickey Mantle, you couldn't afford him.

    Let's Go Mets.

    It's cold in Colorado.:p

    I'm such an anachronism.

All baseball salaries are ridiculous. They need a salary cap. At least the yankees have a history. Here in Tx we just built a new billion dollar stadium for a team that’s never won a damn thing, ever. And our other team are filthy cheaters. Lol.

After that ASG fiasco, baseball is in the penalty box for me and quite a few others I know. Manfred is a coward and a fool and I have better things to do.

As a big Red Sox fan, I'm no stranger to overpriced .500 teams. And it warms my heart to see the Yankees in that club.

The owners no longer want a salary cap because then the percentage of revenue the players receive goes up.

    Yep.

I don't think these guys took an SAT.

They probably need a coach to spell SAT.

The union doesn't want a salary cap.

If there is, then there may be a salary floor.

Michael Conforto batting average today is a robust.120.

    Yep, he's worth a few million $'s.

Unless he picks it up to .300+; 25+ homers and 100 RBI's, I'd let Mikey walk.

The union has never wanted a cap. The owners, up until a few years ago always wanted one.

I don’t think the Yankees are the highest paid team anymore are they ? Isn’t L.A. higher now ?

The Dodgers have passed the "luxury tax".
