    Guitar sounds kinda treble-y & thin; maybe it's the microphone or whatever you were using to record. I don't doubt that new pickups will make a difference, I just can't tell why I'm hearing what I'm hearing (i.e. the dominant treble/high end and thin sound). Still love "Cold Beer" though.

    Yeah, thks MOM... Recording was taken with just an iPhone. Not much bass is present in the mix...can barely hear the bass guitar too.

    I'd still like to hear that guitar with a good microphone in front...I bet it sounds really, Sammy.

    I tell ya..broke out the DSL 100 tonight with that guitar. It sounded AWESOME. You know I like 100w amps more then 50w amps. Way more balls and bottom.. plus the added headroom is great for soloing. Luv my DSL!
