Hey there, so technically last week was new amp day. Got this new mini Jube and quickly dialed in some sounds for our band's first show in 3 years (also the debut of songs from our new album).
Before purchasing, I read a lot of back and forth on here regarding whether or not you can truly utilize this as a 2 channel amp, especially live. I'd like to say that it is certainly possible! I'm running my tone settings similar to Frusciante, and I have the IG around 6, LG 9, OM 7. I'm utilizing a Headrush gigboard as the "brains" of my setup using the 4CM. I can program the Headrush to change channels on the amp no problem, and with the same stomp I can include whatever other effects I desire (OD, mod, verb, etc). I can easily place things in the FX loop or move them in front of the amp. So...no real tap dancing, beautiful chimey cleans, and warm classic crunch. Various boosts, OD's, and dirt pedal to help compliment as needed. I do find myself using a GEQ or a clean boost in the fx loop to better balance the volume and tone between the 2 channels.
