Another Mini Marshall Amp Day. Cleaned up well and looks almost new.

Swapping speakers trying to add some bottom end tone.

I think these amps are underrated, that one looks in great condition.

Thanks guys, a good little living room practice amp. I’ve had the 30 watt version and a Reverb-12. These don’t sound as good as a tube amp but sound pretty good for 80’s technology.

Congratulations on your amp score brother, those babies have a huge cult following, I only have the 3210 version.
And they are not going anywhere..
Cheers to the cool little Marshall, that brings the goods.

The original speaker is still in good condition but sounds a little week. Right now, I have got a Tone Tubby San Raphael inside.

Fortunately the amp is 8 ohms and I have a bunch of vintage and reissued American voiced 10” speakers from various Fender amps that I’ve owned to experiment in the amp. I really need a 10” Greenback.

Thanks, I bought the LP at the same time with the little Marshall. It’s a 2012 Gibson Les Paul Traditional with ‘57’s and a ‘50’s neck.

I have the micro stack version. They're good amps.

Yours is 8 ohms? Mine is original with a 16 ohm speaker. I'll have to look at the tranny.

Definitely 8 ohms, stamped both on the speaker and on the chassis. Most SS amps that I’ve owned were 4 ohms, so I was glad to see this one was 8 ohms.

I have a combo and a head. My favorite speaker in th combo is the G10 Greenback. A fantastic sounding amp even if it is solid state. Enjoy it! Great amp!

If you haven't already got the Greenback, I recommend trying the Eminence Legend. I put them in my 3005 and 5005 L'12's - really happy w/ them.

ANYTHING is better than the stock speaker .
I have three Lead 12 combos. Celestion G 10 S 50 in two and the Fender Eminence ceramic ,that used come in the Pro Juniors , in one . That's a great speaker in the Lead 12 ,cheap n easy to find
