He left me some useless limey amp, don't think anything good has ever been recorded on this piece of English dog poo

OK, maybe it's only a Chinese version, but I'm pumped,. Pick dynamics, crunch in spades on top of spades. I love it,. Steroing this with the Lil dsl is gunna be awesome, saturated vs non saturated,or pristine cleans from the dsl with crunch on top.
Luckily my Mrs does my washing, I think my green pants just turned white!

Is that an AC10 or AC15? I had the 15 for alot of years, sounds really good plugged into a cab. I also had one of the newer AC30 heads, it had power scaling which was pretty cool but it only worked with a 16 ohm cab and all my cabs are 8 ohm so I couldnt take advantage of it but I did disconnect a speaker in my cab so I could try it, the loop wouldnt provide a volume boost either so the amp went back.

It's the 15c1, yeah, the head looks really cool.
Loving the pick dynamics and the dirt on the normal channel, also the controls on the guitar make a crap load more difference than on my Lil dsl5cr, didn't realise my guitar tone was all the way down, turned it up and damn near took my head off
    So far so good

I need/want a Vox for some of those secret throaty Jimmy Page tones from some of his early LZ recordings. You can tell it's a Vox by the hair on top of the note or per the above post, the hair in the crack of an angry midget's arse at open bar night with old punk rockers. :D

Can we say Vox on a Marshall forum ?

    Prepare for Astroids !

Sorry, I was having a Jan moment when I bought it. All I was seeing was Mesa Mesa Mesa.
Had to get away from that

THe vox ac15c1 kicks ass, I love mine. has great cleans and distortion nice pedal platform too depending on the volume needed and where the vol and master vol are set.

Yup, loving it atm , just tried jumpered and with pedals for the first time on the weekend, absolutely screams with an od pedal.
Wanted to spend the first few days straight in which was great, such good natural breakup. With a compressor od and eq pedal it's just kinda blowing my mind still.
