Hello. So i'm trying to connect my guitars (both an electric and an acoustic) to the amp, but it doesnt play. The weird thing is that when i connect my mobile phone it plays the music jusr fine. Do you have any ideas in what the problem could be?

    Bad guitar cable?

If you hook your phone to the amp, it plays? From the amplifier it works w/ the phone?

I dont think you can do that without using a preamp for the second guitar that has a headphone out, use something like a multi effects pedal something like a digitech RP50

Guitar runs to phone at the same time?
Which cable is hooked to which?
    One guitar at a time?
The white cable is for phone, granted. But you just connect a mini headphome cable with 1/4 adapters for guitar? Just get a guitar cord,. Are you trying to run phone and guitar at once?
    Could be the stereo adapter?

My guess is that you have a bad guitar cable. The amp plays music through the regular instrument input which means that there's nothing wrong with the amp. I highly doubt that both of your guitars has the same problem, so my conclusion would be that you have a bad instrument cable.

Upon further inspection it looks like you have some sort of adapter that goes on a 3.5mm to instrument cable. It's very possible that that's what your issue is. I'd recommend buying a regular instrument to instrument cable no adapters.
