My First Amp Build

    I started this the other day after I bought a kit. It is a 5F2 kit from mojotone. I really hope that it turns out to sounds great. I will know tomorrow if it works at all. lol I am waiting for the rectifier tube to come in.

    Looks good to me! That circuit sounds great...post the finished setup and speaker, can't wait to see it..:)

    I once put Marshall 50 transformers, and a 10" JBL speaker in a champ.
    That was fun too. (with a shoe horn)

    Thats cool , have you powered it up yet ?
    This is my second build (kind of Fugly) same power transformer(Antek) . I built it in a old camp stove someone discarded. It's a S.E. with a sort of plexi voicing.

    I have powered it up, but I cant get the damn thing to work. lol
