I've been looking for some more info regarding Marshall knobs in the 60's and found out that they used these taller knobs on Marshall Major amps.
I've got 5 of those and the brass cap is the same exact size as the regular shorter knobs.
Can anyone confirm this Major story? I've never seen 60's Major in person and I'm curious is that true.

Those Scotts are pretty scarce. Try and track down a set of the tall Jube knobs, Next some gold caps - to swap out for the silver ones. They are not the same although close.

Yes, thanks! I saw those tall knobs and they have modern, wider cap.. maybe I could modify it to fit the vintage cap. I'll see.

If anyone have a good photo featuring Marshall Major with those knobs, I would like to see it. Thanks!
