Those are missing the black plastic caps that were typical of 80s Marshalls.

The metal ends of those handles appear to be exactly the sort that were used on 80s Marshalls, which have snap-on black plastic cap on the ends.

I've got a Lead 12 and a Lead 20 that both have exactly that handle style. With the black caps.

This is that handle type with the caps on it.

If they where the black true rectangle caps that m.g. just posted that exact style replacement is no where to be found.

My advice if you need that style handle/ caps is to find an 80s solidstate combo and scavenge the handle for your jube, and replace the combo handle with the newer embossed version.
