I'm sure you'll get tons of info on 2x12's, but I'd personally go with a 4x12 for a 410H. The JVM was designed around a 1960 cab with T75's.

I'm a big fan of the Marshall 1936, JVM sounds great through G12T75 speakers in my opinion. They do make a matching JVM 2x12 I believe to be an open back with a mixed pair of speakers.

I would go with a Mesa 2-12” top notch stuff. Another great all around cab is this Peavey cab. Read up on it because it has a lot to offer at a pretty good price. The name tag comes off with a couple small screws and then match’s most anything.

I don’t think you can go too far off track. I play my JVM through a 1960 with G12T-75s, a 4x12 with Creamback 65s and an Avatar 2x12 with Eminence Governers. Also my amp tech blasts it through a 4x12 with Vintage 30s. It sounds different but awesome through each setup. Some eqing will get you a nice tone with each speaker choice.

Unless you need a Marshall logo I’ve found Avatar 2x12s to be awesome quality and tone, and cost less than the big brands. The Eminence governors made for a nice 2x12 that plays nice with all my Marshall’s.

The JVM 212 cab has two 8 ohms in series for 16 ohms.
The 1936 has two 16 ohms in parallel for 8 ohms.

I use an old Line6 2x12 loaded with stock Celestion G12H-90 rated at 180 watts; it's one helluva blast if I ever needed that much firepower.

I also love Celestion Creambacks, Celestion/Marshall G12C (found in the now discontinued Marshall 425A and 425B cabinets originally designed for the Marshall Vintage modern series), Celestion G12M, Celestion Vintage 30 and Celestion G12T-75, to name a few.

I also love Warehouse Guitar Speaker 12" Veteran 30 (60 watts) in a 2x12, and the Warehouse Guitar Speaker 12" Green Beret (25 watts) in a 4x12.

I have used a Mesa 2x12 with V30's and that sounded great. Ultimately, my Marshall 1960 with G12T-75s is my favorite. I also play it through a Marshall 1960 AV with Marshall's version of Vintage 30s and it sounds good, but not as open as the G12T-75's.
