Rivera Jake Studio Combo, and judging by the reaction of the dogs next door it's working beautifully again! FUN FUN FUN!!! Love this amp!

So glad I got off my lazy ass and finally did it...it was hard to get motivated 'cause I've been playing my Boogie Fillmore 50 and Marshall DSL40C.

The Jake is special IMHO. :woot:

I had to look that one up. Seems most of their stuff is well liked though.

They are underrated and under the radar for a lot of folks, but those who love them really love them.

The Jake combo & Rake heads were short lived. They make quality stuff that sounds great and is bullet proof. Easily built to Mesa Boogie standards, and IMO even higher.

The Jake combo is kind of a unicorn amp like their Los Lobottom subwoofer cab. They rarely come up for sale and are gone very quick.

Used to be that Rivera was a great bargain on the used market but I've been seeing prices creep up lately.
