That is an old Laney supergroup cab too. Good cabs. Used by black sabbath back in the day.

55 Hz would refer to a version of the speaker with a resonant frequency of 55 Hz, which is for a speaker intended for bass use. The lead cone has a 75 Hz resonance, and thus will not have the bass output as the 55 Hz version.

55 Hz speakers will simply deliver more bass output, at lower frequencies. There may be some other tonal differences but that's really the point of them.
