How about a sub forum dedicated to artist`s tone?

A place where everyone who wants to talk about a paticular artists tone (Slash,Page,Hendrix,Angus,Perry etc etc) can do so with out getting bashed about it by those that just cant help themselves to do so. Then for who ever does not want to talk or read about it can simply not go to that sub forum.

It spoils so many threads that start off with a genuine question or discusion and simply ends up at the same point, Slash tone. Even when the thread was started off about somthing entirely different.

Its just pissing me off that the amount off threads end up this way

Semi-related, I wish we could separate the Cellar. One sub-forum would be for talking about bands, another would be for recordings and such.

Well...you have the Whiskey/Tango/Foxtrot Soviet classes, the Los Angeles class, and let's not forget the Type I through XIII Underseaboats Germany had in WW II. Then there's the Foot Long over at Subway.

But why would Marshall people want a Sub Forum anyway? All it would be is 14 year old boys masturbating over Slash. Most of us want to work on evolving our OWN tone, not copying someone else's.
