Thanks for watching. All these tones belong to Friedman and Gower, I'm just enjoying them!

To be fair, what I'm hearing is likely different from what you're hearing in the room. That been said, I'm not a fan of excessive preamp gain, or those who base the quality of an amplifier (((primarily))) on its preamp distortion characteristics. I suspect these amplifiers are capable of delivering some seriously great tones... I'm just not hearing it here.

Hey I was wondering if you ever have had the chance To play JJ head???
nobody in this forum has said anything bout it
I love Alice in Chains tone but I have never seen one at the store to try it out the only Friedman amp I have try its the BE-100 and I liked a lot but I still believe that the JJ has more for me

I know one day I am gonna get one Friedman !!!!
but sometimes I am afraid of getting it
I said the same shit a few years back

I am just gonna get a good Marshall!!!!1

and I end up like this

Yes, I have played the JJ and Jr.
I filmed the official demo with Jerry at their rehearsal studio for FRiedman.
It's an incredibly good sounding amp. I think you will like it more than anything you have in that picture.

It's very clear that these amps may indeed not be for you (unless I just turned down the gain knob, which I actually do during the demos of the individual amps themselves)

But they are by no means supposed to sound like a straight in JTM 45 , that's not even close to what they were designed to do at this point.

It will always sound different in the room, but these clips are for those that want to hear it mic'd up or as presented.

No mention of the quality of the amps has been made but it's safe to assume Friedman made me this amp with quality components. The marshall on the other hand could be questionable.'

Marshall, questionable? That Marshall was constricted using primarily UK, USA, and Japan made components, not to mention being constructed using tin/lead solder. I assume, that the Friedman amps are constructed using mostly China made parts, and lead-free (RoHS) solder? I'd take the Marshall (minus the nozzle mods), of course.

My favorite song to jam alone with. One of them anyway. Really shows how "pop" the SM version was... Book Of Dreams was awesome though. Smoked a lot of Thai Stick to that one. :slash:
