Finally a CS Stratocaster

    I finally got a Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster, of course I had to plug it in to the CS Vibroverb !!!! The Metro and Marshalls await !!!!!

    Oh yeah !!! BTW it is a Wildwood 10 Dealer Select CS '61 Stratocaster, Relic Ready with 10" radius Quartersawn '59 Large C neck.

    Yes they get Fender and Gibson to do special limited edition runs. They also post very accurate specs and high pictures so you can compare different guitars as they are all different weights and neck profiles.

    They order stuff with unique features . For instance 10' radius fretboards which is nice with taller fret wire which makes bends so much easier and also underwound pickups which are overwound with tone ( not a fan ) . They are dealer runs , Daves Guitars and the Music Zoo have Fender and Gibson Custom Shop dealer runs as well as they also feature the regular Gibson USA dealer runs as well as Fender American dealer runs as well . It's all about giving the consumer multiple price points and more choices which is a good thing as Martha says .
