Hey guys, this may be a really dumb question but here goes.
I accidentally pulled the shaft out of my epi Lp push pull volume knob when replacing the knobs with more classic looking knobs..
It still works for the volume but it won't go up and down anymore. So, I need to replace it.
The pot is a quick connect pot, so can I just pull the harness off the old pot and plug it in to the new one?
There are a couple of other wires the need to be soldered but that's no biggie.
So is that something that can be done easily?

If you are comfortable with a couple of solder connections, that p/p pot looks easy to change (i did a search).
I've always wired my own builds and mods, so I'd guess you just need to connect to ground.

Yes its pretty easy. I’ve done the same thing on the epiphones. If you don’t want to upgrade the pot with a better one you can get an entire epiphone harness cheap on ebay, then you’ll have spare parts.

    yes, what they said
now is a great time to upgrade all the pots and wiring kit
which is something folks usually do anyways.
hell put a ad up in the classified section on parts. never know
what you might find here as well.
