First time I’ve seen Lynch without his black fingerless gloves in decades.
I must note that the Marshalls aren't plugged in or turned on.
Don gives Vince Neil a run for his money in the bad vocals department.
It appears Don's only contractual requirement was to talk soft and be fat.
Awesome! Whats he plugged into, its got alot of knobs, I was thinking 6100
JCM 2000 DSL
so he does twice as much as he used to?
The difference between Vince and Don is Vince use to be cool..........
We all know why Dokken was awesome.........it wasn't Don.
they need a new guitar player.
Fortunately I never saw them. I like George, but just never got into Dokken too much.
Not bad being one of these old metal/rock singers these days ...you just stumble around sucking, getting paid for what you were at one time.
The one on the far right was on. This could be seen as they dimmed the stage lights as the band was leaving the stage. I think the tech had just pulled the lead out as he took George's guitar.
They Look like DSLs to me.
Gonna go out on a limb and say Don Dokken is not getting paid that much at all nowadays for many live performances.
reportedly, Don had stomach cancer, & did a lot of radiation treatments & it made him gain weight... (or bloated him out)
No Jeff Pilson, no "Wild" Mick Brown ? Not much of a reunion then...
Ugh, that's rough
And yeah, Lynch definitely is playing the far right DSL100, and bottom middle cabs (they're miked and he gets in front of them for feedback).
Sorry for my flippant crack.
It was uncalled for.
Did you see how long Lynch held on to that LPC before letting his roadie take it?
I always liked George Lynch. Never liked Dokken's voice. Lynch owned that band.
