The amps I own were all bought in my younger years and used to play live. But i have RARELY ever sold any equipment and get too emotionally attached to what i get, so i would never part with them under any circumstances ( the kids will have to sort this out when im dead and gone lol). But despite playing at home, i still crank them up and i dont give a shit if my neighbors like or not. They dont pay my mortgage, taxes or the utilities and I dont belong to any HOA because no ones gonna tell me how to live lol if they dont like it? Call the cops, it wouldnt be the first time and certainly wont be the last
I dont always go full tilt-boogie when playing and most of the time, its at a pretty reasonable volume thats not killing everything. But at the same time, i like to dial it up and let the amp roar. Why wouldnt anyone want that? Its like buying a hi performance car: you arent gonna enjoy it driving the speed limit thru town. By instinct, youre gonna want to see what it can do and open that thing up.
Common opinion is that you have made all your neighbours go deaf @Mitchell Pearrow Problem solved! LOL
Lol i actually miss having a garage to play in. If im stuck much longer in this damn house we bought years ago starting out, i might have to build one. Funny story: i grew up on the same street i live now, actually 3 houses away ( wasnt intentional, it just sorta worked out like that when we were house shopping lol), so the neighbors i tortured as a teen with my music in the garage are the very same neighbors i torture from my house. Its all about keeping it consistent!
