Does the BOSS GT range count?
I am on my 3rd generation of the GT multi effects.
    GT-8>GT-10>GT-100

And my BOSS DR-880 has GT-6 COSM effects onboard!

It's just BOSS BOSS BOSS at my house!

Yup, if it's BOSS it belongs here.

Does BOSS make a MIDI footswitch controller?

Any of the GT range with MIDI ports should work with a MIDI Marshall.
Not strictly MIDI controllers, but they do some programmable multi-loop Line Selector devices (ES range) that have MIDI, and the MS-3 that is a stripped down, 3-loop GT-100 with MIDI too.

I have mentioned elsewhere I have a GT8 and a HM2 I bought new in the early 80's. Still got the box and all that.

I remember when I first started playing, around '91. There were piles of HM-2 pedals in the used sections at guitar shops selling for $25 USD. This is one of the reasons I rarely sell gear. I hang on to it as long as I can. Everything seems to find a use eventually.

I like Boss. I'm not crazy about everything they make, but they make some damn good stuff and some of their effects set the industry standard (like chorus, for example). Their engineers, plain and simple, know what they're doing. What surprised me the most is the complexity of some of the digital models they use in their COSM pedals. Even the cheap Boss multi-effects units have some pretty sophisticated models. They don't get anywhere near the prestige of the digital top-dogs (i.e. Strymon) for most of their digital stuff but don't underestimate them. Having said that, I don't like digital on principle. :)

Never mind the fuzz on the pedal below, take a gander at the gain boost. No other Boss pedal has a gain feature like this old pedal.

That will wake up any amp. Even the small ones...

The FZ-2 is just as rare as the HM-2.

Someday I'll have one of each...

But for now I am obsessed with overdrives.

Anyone got one of these (I haven't).
It's the 1985 ancestor of the Loop Station, with a whopping 800 milliseconds of sample time!
Pretty rare, but not actually worth a great deal.

Nope, but dudes scoop them up pretty quickly. It allegedly has the same chip as the DD-2, which is collectable. If anyone is like me you have a running list in your head of no less than 50 pedals you'd snag if you stumbled on them at a good price. The DSD-2 is one of them.

My RT-20, and DD-20 are fantastic. Sold the DD-200 after two days. My stock Blues Driver was fine as is. My stolen Dimension C is sorely missed.

I only have a Boss Tuner - TU3, I play in an ACDC Tribute so don't use pedals, plug in & play, dial in the tone.....oh yehhhh that's what I'm talking about, pure Marshall ear bashing :band: :dude:
I did used to have a Boss ME3 years ago, got some great sounds from it!

People ASK big money for them. This is why I check ebay, you can see SOLD prices. $250US seems to be near unicorn top dollar. They usually pass in for that but occasionally sell.

I've got one of those ibanez humbuckers also that I bought in the early 80's. The one with the bird or whatever it is. Apparently people want them too...

I really must PMFO and advertise the major before the whole world economy crashes...it's a great time to be selling stuff, at least here in aus.
