Best Marshall to replace 2205

    I confess I haven’t tried a runt 20 but it apparently sounds pretty much the same as the 50 . I think the best way to describe the runt is as modded super lead meets modded jmp mv .

    Very helpful! I'd love to try one out (and a PT-20, too). I tried a JJ20 out and was blown away. Only thing holding me off from pulling the trigger is that I'd like to check out the SC-20 and Mini Jubilee first to see if they scratch that 2205 itch.

    My 2210 is a keeper. It is a hammer. Only thing i am not fond of it is the master volume adjustment, goes from .05 to 1 and its fricken loud
    The 1st channel is my fav for crunch, the gain in the second channel is furious
    Not sure why youd replace it.
    I do recommend trying a 1987x
