In theory...everything has ran it's course. Blues guitar, Rock, Jazz. Everything and everyone has ripped someone else off. In my jazz theory classes we learned that there is nothing original. To be a music genre elitist and say that you hope a genre has run it's course is quiet presumptuous wouldn't you say. Accountability Is as much as the credit and props you give in as much as the music you create. Let me guess, you own a PRS don't ya? Another Blues playing Lawyer... Doesn't your Mercedes need to go to the shop? Better get on that.If you actually like that stuff....oh well, no accounting for taste! But if you aren't an absolute dyed in the wool brand loyalist, then you should check out a Mesa Badlander.
That's a lot of money to spend just to chug and play power chords, fourths, fifths, and flatted fifths 99 percent of the time.
I'm thinking that drop-tuned knothead metal has just about run its course. I hope so, anyway.
