Im in the market for another straight cab. I cant seem to find anything worth buying that is remotely close to me. Paying $200+ for someone to do a crappy job packing and shipping a cab off ebay doesnt sound appealing to me. So i came across this company on reverb and their stuff looks good in the pics and in my opinion its appears to be made out of quality woods. I already have a set of V30's i can load it with so thats not a concern for me. I do think $450 is high for an unloaded cab, but it is brand new. Thoughts?

I don't have any direct experience with them, but they have plenty of good reviews. Judging by the look of the feet on the cabinet and the rest of the exterior construction, it looks kind of like a Mojotone. Honestly, that's really not a bad price for that kind of construction in a brand new cabinet.

$500 for a cab built like that seems like a fair price. USA made.

This is Guitar Cabinets Direct a major supplier of head shells and cabinets for multiple amp companies. They ship containers full to Europe. Europe tried to match their quality in country and failed. I spoke with the owner for over an hour late last year. They used to build hardwood furniture and when Asia flooded the market with cheap furniture they turned to building head shells and speaker cabinets.

Yes as a matter of fact I did order from them. I have a brand new 4x12 and 2x12 sitting here. Trying to find the time to install the speakers. Both feet and casters are available for the 4x12. I almost wish I had opted for casters on the 2x12 it's HUGE. Also if you order from their web site you can select your choice of Tolex, piping and grill cloth.

His gals who do the Tolex are apparently Tolex whisperers at this point, even the owner is amazed how well they match Tolex like snakeskin.

I rate them 2 thumbs up! And you have to love the $80 shipping wow, only $80 to ship my 4x12 2,800 miles to the west coast. It was packed extremely well.
