I think his creations are pretty darn cool too.. ;)

Yeah, independent luthiers nowdays gotta make their mark ,not Fender n Gibson's mark
I imagine it's difficult to come up with designs that will sell. As the 90s and early oughts go, I just think a lotta indie designs were rehashing PRS ,if anything . The guitar buying public is quite rooted in tradition and nostalgia . It's hard to bust us out o' that .

Ive known Mike since the late 90's . I knew he had studied some sort of engineering . I did NOT know he was a motorcycle mechanic until now .....crazy .

Mike is a talented luthier. The hardware and pups are a real interesting design. I'd like to see under the pup covers what he's done there. You're right about the traditional builders, this guy is out of the box. I like that. Fan too of the 50s / 60s sci fi. Maybe when you get yours landed a short clip on your feed if you have the time?

I'm digging the Jetson, wonder how it sounds thru the air conditioner.. ;)
