I checked out the three JTM45s I have left.....all Mullard BY114. I'll post pics later.
Every JTM45 I've owned has used BY114, FWIW. Down side is the Mullard version is much harder to find than the BY100.
I have a few of the BY114, which I believe is the correct bias diode.
