I love this amp now that Niel has brought it back to life.
I have realised that I dont have much prospect of using it to its max - not much...
Thanks Luke - yes it is amazing to have it back in better shape than it ever was since I first had it in the 70's .... strange really.

Is the slight hum you find when cranked up on this era of JTM-50's:
1) a generic thing? (suboptimal grounding design), or
2) just found on a few...

I might have to take it out again to get a good pic ... but this seems to show TG9624 athough the 'G' is a bit too blurry to tell for sure on this pic

The OT must have been installed before mid-late 70's .... as that was when I bought it - and no work done on it since then
