The black wire at 10-o-clock (back side of the ouput resistance Ohms selector - middle circular array at the top) has come away from the solder joint (hard to see) - but seems the only obvious...

I'm not sure ... could this be Jim Marshalls signature on the test slip? I thought he wasnt involved in this side of things. Would be nice to know who it was though. Shame the rest of the label...

Also looks like 3 more diodes in the Lead Channel section besides the LED. I just dont see how that switch by the pill pot can get signal to the lead channel.
