Marshall AVT150H Pre amp mounts?

I purchased a AVT150 DOA and got it up and running, only problem now is the only channel that works is the accoustic sim. I'm going to swap out the tube and hopefully that will fix the problem. I'm just curious if anyone knows how to mount the 2 preamp chips inside? It had some like white almost like white out type of gunk inside by the 2 screws. Its the rectangle like metal peice that the fans are mounted to as well. Theres no screw wholes or nothing though. I'm not sure how to mount this, can anyone help?
