Marshall AVT150H Only Acc Sim works

I posted on this before, having no power. I recently went out and bought a new fuse. I put the fuse in, plugged up the power amp chips and let them sit freely and Vwala. It powered up! Only problem is the accoustic sim is the only channel that wants to work on the amp. I click it to OD1 and the light kicks on as if it has switched but no sound at all. That goes with all channels. I'm not sure why only the one channel works. Could anyone assist me with this issue? Any information would help! Thanks!

The ac sim is the only channel that does not use the valve, so maybe the valve has failed.

Thanks im going to try and swap out the tube then, maybe thats the problem. I appreciate your time!
